I was completely new to the jewelry buying experience. Being new to the Seattle Area, I had no idea where to even start my search. After a Google search I found Joseph Jewelry with a 5 Star Google rating, so I made the decision to check them out. After arriving to the store, the atmosphere was very pleasant and the staff was extremely friendly. I worked with Tony to walk through all of my requirements for my custom designed jewelry. He was really helpful in refining my requirements as well as making suggestions to make my idea work even better. After getting setup with an account on their website, and getting the team at Joseph started, an artist sketch of my custom design was ready in a matter of days, which was excellent since I was on a tight schedule. Tony communicated to the artist a slight adjustment to the center gem in the artist sketch that meet my expectation and I was ready to see the ring layout in the CAD drawing. Usiel provided me with an amazing CAD drawing that was even better than what I imagined. He even worked with me to make sure alignments of the rings would work when it is placed on a finger. I was so happy with the way it turned out I was ready to go to production. My ring was ready ahead of schedule which was just perfect for this being my first experience.
