A truly amazing shop. I worked with the team at Joseph Jewelry over the course of several months to design and build the perfect engagement and wedding rings for my future wife. It would have been easier to meet them in person, but I live in California, so my entire experience was through their great project website and via phone. The craftsmanship was truly spectacular, and Ryan, the lead 3D designer, was very receptive to my ideas and questions, putting my fears about making a misstep to rest. When the ring arrived, some of the proportions looked different than I had imagined, but Joseph Jewelry was happy to take the rings back and make the changes to make us happy. I can't say that I was their most patient customer, but the team stuck with me and showed me a level of customer service I've never seen at any other company. This being the largest purchase of my life (until I get a house), I'm unbelievably relieved not to have any buyers remorse. My fiance is so happy and we both love the rings. Thank you Joseph Jewelry!
