Men's Wedding Band Description

This stylish men’s wedding ring features a round brilliant cut diamond tension set in white gold with channel set diamond accents on the sides. The design was developed for a client from Brockville, Ontario, who shared his inspiration piece with us and asked us to design something similar while also staying within his budget.

In order to make sure every detail was exactly the way he wanted it, we showed him several different versions of the design, and he eventually settled on the combination of features and proportions seen here. When the ring was finished, he came to pick it up in our Bellevue showroom personally, and thanks to the skills of our expert staff, as well as the high-tech imaging tools we have at our disposal, he was very happy with the way it turned out. Center Diamond

The diamond in the center of this ring is 0.33 carats and round brilliant cut. It is tension set in 18k white gold, a design decision that allows for a clear view of the diamond from the side while also keeping it flush with the surface of the ring. The brushed finish on the band also contrasts just enough with the sparkling white of the diamond to help it stand out without overpowering the design.

Accent Stones

On either side of the main stone, five smaller round diamonds are channel set, and this gives the ring a nice balance and sense of completion. The choice of a channel setting keeps these accent stones from breaking the surface of the band and the use of a round cut gives the ring a bit of classical flair.

Band Design

The band itself is tapered moving towards the bottom, and the top is also angled down around the center setting to complement the shape of the main diamond. The use of a brushed finish on the top and a high polish on the sides adds a subtle intricacy to the design, and it plays off the sparkle of the diamonds quite well to create a nice overall balance.
