Men's Wedding Band Description

This stunning men’s wedding ring features a beautiful hand-engraved pattern on both the top and fronts, which is accented with milgrain beading. It was created as part of a custom wedding set to match a similar women’s wedding ring for a local couple who came into our Bellevue, WA showroom personally to learn more about the custom design process.

They had an existing engagement ring, and they wanted to have matching wedding bands made that also incorporated the engraved pattern from the engagement ring. They shared their ideas with our team, and we used the information they gave us to develop two unique pieces that were united by several shared features in just the way they had envisioned. Hand Engraving

This ring is 9mm wide and 2.7mm thick, making it a nice, heavy-duty piece with a satisfying balance. Both the top and fronts of this ring are covered with a lovely, flowing pattern of hand engraving all the way around. The design draws on elements of the engraving on the women’s ring, with modifications made to account for the much greater width of the men’s band.

The client wanted to make sure the engraved pattern perfectly reflected his vision, as that was the most significant part of the design in his mind. To this end, we exchanged sketches and ideas with him through the online workroom we set up to manage the project, and our shop even engraved an example pattern on a band of silver just to make sure we had every detail just right. The design of the engraving is a very important part of the link between the rings that make up this wedding set, but it’s not the only shared element. Both rings are made from 14k rose gold as well, and they’re milgrained along the edges on top but not on the inside next to the finger. Small touches like these make all the difference when it comes to creating a special set of matching wedding rings, and no matter what types of details you have in mind, we can help you work them into your own custom set.
