Men's Wedding Band Description

This chic men’s wedding ring was designed for our clients from Redmond, WA. They started the project online and got inspired by the Mokume rings featured on our website. The design was based on having two contrasting finishes with a mokume inlay.

Our custom design process offers you an enjoyable journey towards your dream piece. Contrasting Finish and Mokume Inlay

This band is 5.5mm wide with a 2mm mokume inlay. The mokume in this design features 14k White Gold Palladium and Silver. This technique is a Japanese process which is based on meticulously layering metalwork to resemble wood. It involves fusing together multiple layers of different colored metals to create a unique mesh. Mokume patterns are hand blended and artistically manipulated, which gives this feature a one-of-a-kind look. If you choose this feature, then its only yours, the perfect way to make it personal!

The contrasting finish in this ring gives the design a layer of subtle complexity. The band reflects a neat definition of both textures, polished and sandblasted. The mokume versus the 14k white gold highlights this definition and flawlessly shapes the band.

To reduce color fading, avoid friction against any surface. Avoid wearing your mokume ring during exercise, construction work, gardening, or other abrasive activities. When owning a mokume gane ring with oxidization, avoid chlorine or other similar chemicals as they eat away the patina.
