This gorgeous men’s wedding ring features a raised middle section bordered on either side by step rails, accented with milgrain beading and contrasting brushed and polished finishes. It’s a lovely example of the way in which you can work small details into a men’s design, and it gives you a great place to start when you’re working through the custom design process yourself. Band Design

This ring is 7mm wide and made from 14k white gold. The center section, which dominates the top surface of the band, is itself divided in two by a wide, shallow groove that runs right down the middle. On the outside of the center section, the step rails frame it nicely and bring a sense of balance to the piece. The top surface is slightly domed as well, and although its natural curvature is interrupted by some of the other design details, that general trend is still visible in the main portions of the center section. Contrasting Finishes and Milgrain Beading

Those main sections are also given a brushed finish to create a matte surface that contrasts subtly with the high polish found elsewhere on the ring, and this brings even greater definition to the elegant detailing of the design. Taking this theme a step further, a line of milgrain beading runs along the outer edge of the main section on either side, creating a clear dividing line between that and the rails. The milgrain also brings a bit of vintage flair to the ring, which is something you could intensify further by switching to rose gold for the band itself, for example. 100% Satisfaction
