Men's Wedding Band Description

This elegant men’s wedding ring features a bezel set round ruby in the middle of a rose gold inlay, bordered on either side by white gold rails, and accented with custom hand engraving and milgrain beading. It was created for a couple from Glen Saint Mary, FL, and we made a matching engagement ring and women’s wedding ring for them at the same time. Design Your Own Wedding Ring

Bezel Set Ruby

At the top of this ring, a 0.09 carat round ruby is bezel set in 14k rose gold. It contrasts nicely with the warm tones of the metal, and the use of the bezel setting allows it to sit nearly flush with the surface of the band. This adds sparkle and a rich color without making too dramatic of a presentation, and the bezel setting is lined with milgrain beading, just as the margins of the inlay and rails are, helping to unify the design.

Two-tone Band

The rose gold section that the ruby sits in covers most of the top of the ring, leaving narrow white gold rails visible on either side. The rose gold is an inlay, however, and the interior surface of the ring is white gold as well. The contrast between the colors of the two metals brings a new dimension to the design of the ring, and it helps clarify the separation between the different sections of the piece as well. Hand Engraving and Milgrain

Both the rose gold inlay and the rails are covered with custom hand engraving that was made to match the engraving on the engagement ring we also made for this couple. It’s in an organic scroll pattern on the wider center section, while the rails hold a more angular, wheat-styled design. The two complement each other nicely, and the swirls on either side of the center ruby reference a similar feature on the women’s wedding ring included in the set. Hand Engraving
