Blue Sapphire

The centerpiece of this ring is the royal blue sapphire bezel set in the center. Sapphire is a perfect gemstone to incorporate because it is the second hardest gemstone in existence and comes in many shades and hues. The sapphire in the center is the same shade and hue that is present in the women's engagement ring and wedding ring set, which creates a wonderful connection between the two. The sapphire in this piece is .04 carats and really stands out against the platinum metal it's set in. It is surrounded by milgrain, which is also present on either side of the engraved portion that runs through the center of the diamond to create a defined border.

Hand Engraving

The hand engraving on this wedding band is a custom design. It was created so that the center sapphire would be properly framed and would work well with the milgrain borders. The majority of the design is a classic scroll pattern, but the small portions on either side of the sapphire geometrically frame the gemstone. The rails of the ring are contrasting with a brushed finish, making it a truly unique wedding ring. Hand Engraving
