Engagement Ring Description

This dazzling engagement ring features a round brilliant cut diamond in the center, surrounded by a slightly squared halo of bright cut set diamonds, all of which is accented by additional bright cut and bezel set diamonds lined with milgrain on the split white gold shank below. Center Diamond and Halo

The centerpiece of this ring is a two carat round brilliant cut diamond held in a four prong setting made of 18k white gold. These prongs elevate the stone above the halo that surrounds it, which is in more of a cushion shape, with rounded corners where it passes outside the prongs. The diamonds in the halo are all bright cut set, and there are bright cut set diamonds running around the sides of the halo as well for some added sparkle and glamorous flair. Band Design and Diamond Accents

The band is one piece across the bottom, but it splits into two strands about a third of the way up each side. This is the point where the diamond accents begin as well, and all of these are bright cut set like those in the halo. They run along the top and fronts of the split strands, tapering slightly as the strands narrow when they get close to the center setting. One of a Kind Engagement Rings

Just before they reach the center, the two strands come back together, and they’re met by a trillion cut diamond prong set next to the halo, oriented with one corner pointing down along the band. This larger accent stone links the two portions of the ring together, and its angular shape flows perfectly with the movement of the band.

The lines of bright cut set diamonds on the shank are interrupted in a few places by a slightly larger bezel set diamond. There is one of these on each ring front directly below the center setting, and others are positioned off to the sides on the ring fronts, about one-third of the way from the top. All of the accent diamonds, including those in the halo, are lined with milgrain beading for some added vintage flair.
