Three-stone Setting

All three of the diamonds in the main setting are princess cut, with a one carat stone in the center and a smaller stone on either side. These are all prong set in platinum, and the clean lines of the setting when seen from the fronts of the ring echo the characters in the custom hand engraving on the shank below.

A three-stone design is a classic choice for an engagement ring, and there are many ways to customize it to better reflect your personal tastes. For instance, you may want to switch to round or oval diamonds in place of the angular princess cuts, or you could integrate a colored sapphire, either in the center or side positions to introduce some contrast to the sparkling white of the diamonds.
