Engagement Ring Description

This dazzling engagement ring features a cushion shaped diamond prong set in the center of a diamond halo, with hand engraving, custom filigree, and additional diamond accents on the palladium band. It was created for a client from Bellingham, WA, and it’s a classically elegant design that we can work with you to customize in any number of ways. Design Your Own Engagement Ring

Center Diamond and Halo

The diamond at the center of this ring is cushion shaped, and it’s held in place by four palladium prongs that wrap up and around it, following its contours exactly. Tucked just below this main setting is a halo of round bright cut set diamonds that encircle the larger stone. The halo is slightly squared, mirroring the shape of the center diamond, and it’s lined with milgrain beading for a bit of vintage flair. Vintage Engagement Rings

Diamond Accents and Band Design

Round bright cut set diamond accents begin at the mid point on the band, and they continue up all the way to the side of the halo. These provide a tie-in with the diamonds in the halo at the top, and they also reinforce the glamorous look of this piece.

The band splits just before it reaches the top, however, and the diamonds run up both strands as they angle up to meet the halo. Just like those in the halo, these diamonds are lined with milgrain beading, which frames them nicely and gives the ring a satisfying, finished look. Diamond Engagement Rings

Hand Engraving and Custom Filigree

An angular wheat pattern covers the top of the band below the accent diamonds, as well as the majority of the ring fronts, and this is framed with milgrain also. There is a sizing bar left blank at the bottom, and the space below the center setting is filled with custom scroll filigree.
