Engagement Ring Description

This elegant engagement ring features a round brilliant cut diamond prong set in the center, with flower petals surrounding it, and with bezel set diamond accents on the platinum shank. It was created for a client from Springfield, OR, who borrowed from two of our existing pieces to develop a unique design all his own.

He requested we take the floral head design from engagement ring #102279 and place it atop the band from engagement ring #102024, for an elegant and organic look. After seeing our initial CAD models of the piece, he was concerned that the flower was too large, and so we removed a row of petals to make it better match his vision.

Floral Center

The centerpiece of this ring is a one carat round brilliant cut diamond, and it’s held in place by 6 platinum prongs. This entire setting is nestled in the middle of the floral head, with 6 petals surrounding the center stone and framing it beautifully.

Accent Diamonds

There are three round bezel set diamonds on each shank shoulder, and these are placed in leaf-like tabs to help integrate with the floral design at the top. They add some extra sparkle when the ring is viewed from the side, and they help draw attention to the beautifully-detailed metalwork on the shank.
