Engagement Ring Description

This elegant engagement ring features a round brilliant cut diamond prong set in white gold, with diamond and peridot accents. It was created for a client from Seattle, WA, who worked primarily in person with us in our Bellevue, WA showroom to finalize the details of the piece.

Center Diamond

The main diamond in this ring is 0.71 carats and round brilliant cut. The four prongs holding it rise up from the shank and cradle it securely while still letting as much of the stone as possible shine through from all sides. This type of setting gives the ring a bit of contemporary flair, and it really moves the center stone out in front as the highlight of the piece. Diamond Engagement Rings

Accent Stones

Just below the center diamond on each ring front is a round bezel set green peridot. This stone had special significance for our client, and working it in this way makes it an integral part of the design without it overshadowing the main diamond.

There are also three round tension set diamonds on each shank shoulder, and these provide a nice complement to the larger center stone. The way the side accent diamonds are set also causes the band to bulge out around them, giving it an interesting contour and adding to the contemporary feel of the piece.

Customization Options

There are plenty of ways to adjust this design to suit your personal style. For starters, you could substitute pink diamonds or another favorite gemstone for the accent stones in the band. You could also use a stone with special significance for you in place of the peridots on the ring fronts. And you could even switch to a different type of metal like rose or yellow gold to add contrast and color in a different way.
