This gorgeous engagement ring is a four prong knife edge solitaire design with graceful lines holding a 2.73 round brilliant cut diamond, all set in platinum. It was created for a client from Bellevue, WA, who was looking to reset their center diamond into a new engagement ring to pair with their anniversary band.

Solitaire Design

The shining star of this piece is the 2.73 carat round brilliant diamond in the center. The client wanted their diamond to be the focus of their wedding set, so they decided a solitaire was the best choice for that. Band Design and Customization Options

Four prongs hold the center diamond in place. They are traditional prongs but are slightly flattened out on the sides to add depth to the design. As the prongs flow down to the base on the band, they gracefully curve and blend together just before meeting the base. The ring itself is a sturdy piece; the sides are slightly rounded out, but there is a substantial amount of platinum holding the ring in place on the client's finger. Unique Engagement Rings Seattle
