Three-stone Setting

The centerpiece of this ring is a one carat round brilliant cut diamond. It’s held in place by four platinum prongs that rise nearly straight up from the inner margin of the band below. On either side of this gorgeous stone, a smaller round diamond sits in a three prong setting that nestles it up against the side of the center. Diamond Engagement Rings

Two of the prongs in each side setting tuck just inside the prongs holding the main diamond, while the third sits inline with the band. This arrangement enhances the tapering look of the center setting as a whole, easing the transition to the narrower shank below.

Customization Options

Blue and pink sapphires are popular choices in situations like these, and there are many other options to explore as well.
