Engagement Ring Description

This stunning engagement ring features a heart-shaped pink sapphire set in rose gold, with diamond and filigree accents, and custom engraving. It was created for a client from Mesa, AZ, who found our original design #100570, and made some adjustments until it perfectly reflected his vision.

Sapphire Center

The first request our client had was for the center stone of his ring to be pink and in the shape of a heart. We suggested a pink sapphire, and then found him the stone seen here, which comes in at 0.75 carats and exhibits a wonderful delicate pink color.

Sapphires are an excellent choice for engagement rings, and they’re frequently used as an alternative to diamonds. They represent love, loyalty, reliability, and sincerity, and the fact that they come in a variety of colors gives you the ability to include your favorite in your ring. The use of pink here, for example, gives the ring a romantic flair, and it also goes nicely with the warmth of the 14k rose gold band.

Star and Infinity Filigree

Our client also specifically requested the star and infinity filigree designs that occupy positions on the fronts of the center setting and on the shoulders of the shank respectively. These were crafted by our skilled artisans onsite in our Bellevue, WA location, and we can easily customize them to include a shape or symbol with special meaning for you.

Custom Engraving and Diamond Accents

The custom engraving that covers nearly the entire split shank adds another layer of detail to the design, and it also helps to tie all other features together. The milgrain lining this, as well as the gentle color of the rose gold, give the ring a vintage look, and providing just the right amount of sparkle are several accent diamonds worked into the engraving along the fronts of the shank shoulders.
