Center Setting

At the top of this ring, a 1.50 carat round brilliant cut diamond is cradled in a four-prong setting made of 18k white gold. The prongs rise up to curl around the girdle of the diamond, and they are anchored below the girdle to a gallery rail that runs all the way around the center stone. The lower portion of the setting consists of tapered strands that all begin at the same point directly below the diamond. They widen and angle outward as they move up to reach the gallery rail, and they’re accented by lines of milgrain beading running along their margins, which adds a hint of vintage flair while also clarifying the design of this section of the main setting. Band Design and Customization Options

The band is straight and narrow most of the way around, with a slight taper as the shank shoulders rise up to meet the sides of the center setting. At the spot where they begin this ascent, a thinner piece breaks off from the inner margin of the band to continue along its original curvature to pass directly below the main setting. This bridge piece also serves as the anchor for the lower portion of the center setting, adding a satisfying sense of balance to the design.
