Three-stone Setting

A 1.75 carat round brilliant cut diamond dominates this piece, and it’s flanked on either side by an emerald cut diamond that is positioned lengthwise and cradled in four platinum prongs. The center diamond is prong set as well, and the contrast between its curves and the sharp angles of the emerald cuts provides the perfect framework for transitioning into the lower portion of the ring. Diamond Accents and Band Design

Baguette diamonds are channel set down the center of the shank shoulders, and these taper slightly as the band does, eventually stopping about half-way down each side. Round bright cut set diamonds run in a row on either side of the baguettes, angling out slightly as they sit on a beveled edge of the band. These also taper to fit in the space available, and their juxtaposition with the angular baguettes echoes the contrast between the two cuts of stones in the center setting above.
