Engagement Ring Description

This elegant engagement ring features a round brilliant diamond set in white gold with diamond and custom metalwork accents. It was created for a client from Bothell, WA, who shared pictures of his inspiration pieces with us and asked us to come up with a unique ring for his fiancee. We used high-quality 3D imaging technology to share the design we developed, and after a few minor tweaks, he approved it so we could begin production.

Center Diamond

The centerpiece of this ring is a 0.75 carat round brilliant cut diamond that’s claw prong set atop an organic shank. The setting is quite open, which allows the diamond to shine through from all angles. And even the bottom of the stone is framed beautifully by the custom filigree on the fronts of the center setting. Diamond Engagement Rings

Accent Stones

Complementing the main stone and adding just a bit of sparkle to the piece are groups of round brilliant diamonds bezel set on the shoulders of the shank. They’re incorporated into the leaf shapes that reach up to frame the center diamond and give it a flower-like appearance, and this placement helps to accentuate that aspect of the design as well as intensify the brilliance of the main stone.

Custom Metalwork

The organic and antique feel of this ring is largely the result of the lovely and detailed custom metalwork included around the gemstones. The band gradually gains texture as it nears the top, forming leaves just before it gets there, and this gives the sense that the center setting is growing up out of the shank.
