Engagement Ring Description

This gorgeous engagement ring features a round brilliant cut diamond prong set in the center, with two round side diamonds completing the three-stone setting, and split prong set accent diamonds on the platinum shank. It was created for a client from Woodinville, WA, who came into our Bellevue, WA showroom to learn more about the custom design process and share her inspiration pieces with our team.

Once we had a good idea about what she liked, we created a CAD model of the piece as we proposed to build it. She requested a few modifications, and once those were made, we grew a wax for her to come in and examine in person. After seeing the wax, she was sold on the design, and so we turned her project over to our expert artisans to begin production. Design Your Own Engagement Ring

Three-stone Setting

There are three round brilliant cut diamonds in this ring, and they’re arranged across the top of the piece with the largest in the middle. This is a 1.70 carat stone, and it’s prong set above a metal ring that’s lined with milgrain beading for some vintage flair and a beautiful classical style. Three Stone Engagement Rings

The other two diamonds in the main setting are both prong set as well, and they total 0.60 carats combined. They too are surrounded by the faux halo of milgrain, which was what the client requested to replace the actual halos in her inspiration pieces.

Accent Diamonds

Split prong set diamonds run down the shank shoulders from the side of the center setting all the way to about the three-quarter point on the band. This gives the ring a wonderfully glamorous look and complements the center setting perfectly. The milgrain that encircles the finger opening on both ring fronts helps tie the two sections of the ring together smoothly, and this was the final detail that the client requested we add for precisely that purpose.
