Engagement Ring Description

This exquisite engagement ring features a round brilliant cut diamond in a four prong setting atop an ornate white gold shank, accented with marquise and round diamonds, as well as milgrain beading. It was created as a custom piece for a client, and there are many ways you can adapt it to make it more your own.

Center Setting

A 1.50 carat round brilliant cut diamond sits at the top of this ring, and the four white gold prongs holding it in place rise up from a central point on the inner margin of the band. These curve out a bit before coming back in to meet the edge of the stone, creating a more open view of the diamond from the ring fronts and complementing its elegant shape nicely. Diamond and Milgrain Accents

Marquise shaped diamonds are bezel set all the way around the band on the top, and they’re positioned at an angle so that each point meets with the point of the next diamond on each side. This produces some vaguely floral overtones as well as a stunning sparkle, and small round diamonds are tucked in between these marquise diamonds to complete the pattern. Diamond Engagement Rings

Both ring fronts hold lines of bright cut set round diamonds that continue all the way around the band, and all of these are lined with rows of milgrain beading for a satisfying finishing touch as well as some vintage flair.

Filigree Plate

On the inner surface of the ring, an ornate filigree plate displays an intricate pattern, and this also continues all the way around the ring. It’s a special, intimate detail, and it can be customized to reflect a pattern or symbol with particular significance to you and your partner.
