This elegant engagement ring features a round brilliant cut diamond prong set at the top, accented by round channel set diamonds running down the shoulders of the tapered white gold shank. Center Setting

At the top of this ring, four prongs form from the ends of the shank as they rise up to meet a one carat round brilliant cut diamond. The metal then loops down below the stone, cupping the bottom of it and connecting to the same element descending from the prong on the opposite side. This creates an open center setting, allowing for a clear view of the beautiful diamond and ensuring that plenty of light can reach the stone to help maximize its brilliance. Band Design and Diamond Accents

The band is domed across the bottom, and it begins to widen about half way up each side. This is also where a groove begins that eventually widens into a channel to hold the accent diamonds.
