Fashion Ring Description

This unique women’s fashion ring features round diamonds, opals, and a ruby bezel set in platinum in an asymmetrical cluster across the top of the band. It was created as a custom piece for a client, and it’s a lovely choice for an inspiration piece when you’re beginning to develop your own individual design.

We’ll learn as much as we can about your style and feature preferences, and we’ll use that information to develop an original design in CAD. Once you’ve viewed the proofs of the piece as we propose to make it for you, you can provide feedback and request any modifications you’d like. Clustered Gemstones

There are five white diamonds, one ruby, and two opals in this ring, and they’re all round and bezel set in platinum. They all vary in size slightly as well, and the five diamonds combined total 0.60 carats. The two opals and the ruby are all roughly the same size as each other, and the location of the opals on either side of the gemstone cluster help give the piece a nice balance.

The ruby is positioned near the middle of the cluster, but in keeping with the overall asymmetrical arrangement of the stones, it’s left with two white diamonds on one side and three on the other. Although the opals bring some soft color to the piece, the ruby makes for a more dramatic color contrast and really draws the eye in, making its placement in the center all the more appropriate. This design can support many diverse combinations of colors, as well as shapes, and this gives you ample opportunity to work in stones with special personal meaning for you.
